I agree with you. Did men really think women would be pleased with cooking and cleaning for the rest of time? It was bound to happen eventually. I wonder what this world would be like today if the women didn't stand up for what they believed in. Would women be in school, let alone college? Would women even be allowed to have some of the jobs we do today? It makes me feel so very lucky to be able to prove to all, that as a woman I can be just as good as a man. I cant imagine myself without sports, or schooling, or even the jobs I was able to have. This movement was one in my eyes a HUGE society changer. To imagine if the Women rights movement was never passed, is an eye opener for me. I am very thankful and appreciative of those daring women who stood up for the future.
